People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The policies and systems in the service supported this practice. We saw that people's care plans were person centred and audits were being completed by the service. The registered manager was supported by a deputy manager as well as senior staff within the home to maintain safety and provide the right care and support for people within the home.
