Date of Assessment: 11 to 20 December 2024. The service is a residential service providing support for up to 6 adults of all ages living with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. The provider had systems and processes in place to ensure there were enough trained and skilled staff to meet peoples’ needs. Staff knew people well enough to understand what made people happy and how to manage their times of anxiety or distress safely. People were treated with dignity and respect by kind and compassionate staff. The provider had the systems to ensure people’s independence and choices were promoted so they could pursue their goals. People had access to health and dental care. The registered manager liaised closely with health and social care teams to ensure people received the medical care they needed with all consent and safeguards in place.
