What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 30 June 2025 (assessment visit 6 February 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of Assessment: 27 February and 4 March 2025. Elysium Care Partnerships Limited - 1 Lichfield Lane is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to eight people with a learning disability in one adapted building and one annex. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our inspection eight people were receiving regulated activity at the service.
The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 31 March 2023) and there was a breach of regulation. The provider completed an action plan after the last inspection to show what they would do and by when to improve. At this inspection we found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of regulation. We undertook this focused inspection to check they had followed their action plan and to confirm they now met legal requirements.
