This was the service’s first assessment since they registered with CQC in July 2025. This was a comprehensive assessment covering all quality statements under our 5 key questions.
Diversity4Care is a small domiciliary care agency, currently staffed by the registered manager and nominated individual. The nominated individual is responsible for supervising the management of the service on behalf of the provider. They worked closely with the person receiving support and their family, to plan for and deliver personalised care that met the person’s needs. They assessed risks to the person’s safety and provided support in a safe manner.
Systems were in place to review the safety and quality of service delivery and obtain regular feedback from people and their relatives about their care.
Policies and procedures were in place relating to key areas of service delivery. However, we noted some of these required additional details to ensure they provided all the required information. The registered manager took on board this feedback and told us they would review and update their policies.
