Staff worked well together and with other professionals. Outcomes were monitored and people received good care. Care was evidence based and in line with best practice guidelines.

Staff felt well supported, both professionally and personally. There was detailed information in care plans about people’s social, cultural and religious needs.

There were numerous examples of where the provider had gone above and beyond to deliver person-centred care and support. The service was flexible and responsive.

Staff were knowledgeable about barriers people faced and worked creatively to overcome these.

There was a clear governance structure in place; the service was well managed, and staff were clear about their roles. Feedback about management was positive and management had genuine care and passion for people and the service. Staff felt able to speak up and raise any concerns.
